would like to participate in the University of California Endowment Seating Program (ESP). The ESP will forever secure the financial future for all Cal Athletics.

It is understood that as part of ESP, Cal Athletics will provide season football tickets and the amenities outlined in the ESP documentation for the term of the agreement with no further payment required for football tickets, parking and seat locations in the ESP premium sections of Memorial Stadium.

I/We would like to commit to the following number of seats, subject to the execution of an ESP Pledge Agreement and the outlined amenities of ESP. After July 1, 2009, priority points will not be used to allocate ESP seats; all ESP seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis consistent with the date and time of LOI submittal.
